"I'm the type of homeowner that never has a job go according to plan. Karma, dark cloud, who knows - there are always extras. I always just await the "Well Mr Jackson...." lead in and I cringe. Imagine my shock when Tim arrives at my residence, suryeys the job, checks water pressure & quotes me exactly the price I saw mentioned on this site. I almost had to sit down to sign :-) The old Ruud unit turned out to be a 1991 install so I think I've beaten the 18 yr old unit whos owner reviewed earlier. It's TP valve was beginning to fail and I was getting a steady stream of water out the drain pipe. Tim did a great job and didn't mind my observing the work. I enjoy doing that, not to question the work, but out of curiosity and to observe how pros do their thing. Textbook solder joints btw, downright artwork lol. He was very patient with my occasional questions about various Water heater mfgr's etc etc. I was pleased to see you using Bradford White, one of the makes I have heard plumbing pros often use. I googled this models reviews online and they were excellent. So the install was uneventful, your guy was an excellent ambassador of the things I've seen you write about here, and I've already talked G Force up to a peer at my office who will soon need a similar replacement. He plans to contact you guys when he does that change. So kudos for what I suppose is becoming routine excellence. Please pass along a well done to Tim!"

"My job was scheduled the day after my call. He was very thorough and worked to solve our extremely low water pressure issue. The issue isn't totally corrected. But they offer a good warranty on their work, so I'm pretty confident they will eventually solve the problem.

"Service guy came as scheduled. Sent his "service" requirements to home base Home base calls back and lists, a very long list of what needs to be done and a very long list of what is not covered and what each item costs. The overall cost was outrageous and they weren't willing to give it to me in writing. Everything I had to pay for was overpriced, of course! They told me my other option would be to purchase my own water heater and they would reimburse me for what there water heater would cost, but no reimbursement for Labor, building permit, or any upgrades required by the local building department. The requirements of the building department were minimal. I went to Home Depot and had them do the installation and saved many hundreds of dollars. Lesson learned, have AHS do simpler repairs that don't require municipal building department approval. Have AHS pay for the equipment, and purchase installation from a trusted local installer."

"I called a company to fix my water heater problem. The guy that they sent didn't know what he was doing. The guy flooded my laundry room the water ran threw my garage all the way to the driveway. I can go on and on. So i went on Home Advisor site put in what problem i was having and Drip Drop was the first company that called. I was nervous after what i experienced four day's before with that other company Estes Pro Plumbing, but i had to get the problem with the water heater taken care of. So i received a phone call the following morning, we are on our way. Like i said i was nervous. Two guys arrived i told them what i went threw with the other company a simple job took from 12:30 to 6:30 my laundry room was flooded with water the water ran under the wall threw the garage all the way to the driveway. They said let me see what the other company did i showed them. I ask them what their names are Robert and Mike. Robert and Mike were very kind told me step by step what they are doing. Robert explain to me what needed to be done. I told him do what you need to do. Thank you so much Robert and Mike, for a job well done. I am so glad you called me before any other company. Drip Drop you are awesome. You will be my Plumbing and Septic company when i have a problem. I highly recommend them. Robert and Mike you are the best. Thank you!"

"Richard is excellent! The only problem with Richard is that he is so busy that he still hasn't had time to get on my next project of levelling the floor, installing the heat strips and setting 500 sq ft of 6x36 ceramic tile. He's going to start that next weekend and I'm sure that I will be giving you another review. All joking aside, Richard is very professional. He has very good equipment which says knowledge and success. He priced the job low and still did several extra things that I asked him to do while he was there. He asked for no extra money. Being a business owner myself, I felt that the job was so well done that I increased the total by 30% and still felt that I was underpaying. (Update) First let me say that Richard is an outstanding human being. I would trust him with my wallet. He works very hard to please the Customer. We are doing a complete remodel of our guest house and so far Richard has done the entire bedroom. That includes sheetrock, tile floor, paint and trim. As I stated in the previous review, he did a great job hanging the rock and did it so cheap that I paid him extra. The tile in that bedroom, about 450SqFt., is 6" X 36" on a very unlevel concrete slab. He worked his butt off getting that tile down. It wasn't perfect but I don't think anyone could have done better with that very difficult tile job. So, the sheetrock and tile were very good but then came the painting. The painting was really bad. I think that he got behind his scheduling because of the high difficulty of the tile job and rushed the paint. He chose to spray the walls and there is overspray everywhere. He put down tarps but they mare really for brush and roller work, not sprayers. Paint also shows the flaws in the sheetrock finishing and there were more quite a few. Richard worked diligently trying to fix them. I actually felt sorry for him, paid him and let him get on to his next job. I have another painter coming in to repair the paint job and I am working nights with paint thinner to clean the tile myself. I would still use Richard on some projects now that I know his skill level. I just expected too much from a man that bills himself as a handyman. All that said, if you have any tile job, Richard is as good as any contractor out there. I don't want to cost Richard any work. I own my business and admit that I have high expectations from other self-employed businessmen."
