Tony responded promptly by telephone, and that night he and his crew found and repaired 6 burst heating pipes in baseboards and between floors. The men were all friendly, professional, and efficient, and they did their best to minimize water damage when testing the heating system. They kept drywall cutting as small as possible, and they cleaned up their work-sites. I found the price fair, particularly given that three plumbers worked for three hours of overtime, and they started working as soon as they came in the door. The fact that they came the same day because it was an emergency was PRICELESS. I'd contacted half a dozen plumbing services who told me I'd have to wait anywhere from two days to a week or longer without heat or water ... in January."

"Jim was referred to me by Sherri Cordelli!!! All I can say is Thank goodness!!! He picked up his phone on a Saturday, asked me pertinent questions and was at my home within 45 minutes. Jim fixed my huge shower leak, brought the necessary replacement parts with him and completed the repair within 1 hour or less to be honest. The cost????? So reasonable. "Steve called me within 15 minutes of me placing my request to Angie's list - amazingly quick. He had KP out on a Sunday (even though I didn't need it) within a couple hours. KP tried to repair the bathtub valves on an old bathtub, but they continued to leak by. He replaced the kitchen faucet and sprayer (had it on hand in the truck). Couldn't diagnose the radiator. Steve called me back quickly when I sensed that I was unhappy about the price and explained that KP tried to fix the bathtub valves, but being old couldn't. He did charge for the time and gave me a slight break. We scheduled another appointment and Steve went out of his way to accommodate my schedule - excellent. This time he sent Steve L who turned out to be a real pro. He fixed the valves and helped with my radiator. Service was performed very well. I will call Atomic Rooter again, but will request Steve L. A bit expensive..."
