"My neighbor and I both needed new roofs, so we had three contractors provide us with quotes. John Scott spent a good deal of time with us, explaining in detail what his company would do, and his pricing was very attractive. His crew arrived to do my neighbor’s home, and a wind and rainstorm sprung up after they had begun the work. They did a great job keeping the old and new material under control, and made sure that the rain would not get through the partially applied roofing. The next day part of the crew arrived at our house and began working. Part of the crew was still working on the neighbor’s house, as well. Our roof was finished the following day, and the crew did a great job of cleaning up the roofing nails and other debris. Our pool and the pool cage had been protected during the work, and everything was in order after the roof was completed. John had explained how to contact an inspector who would complete a report for our insurance company. We are very pleased with the whole experience, and have already recommended John Scott to some of our friends who have also decided to have John replace their aging roof!"

"Ben came out an evaluated the roof ridges. They had deteriorated to the point they could not be repaired. He provided pictures and an estimate. He kept us notified when he would be here to complete the repair. He was punctual professional and polite. No up selling, Evaluated the roof and provided the information on it's condition. "To date I have had 3 roofs installed by these guys. All three have been metal roofs. They also installed my neighbors shingle roof based off of my recommendation. On the metal roofs, two were the normal screw down types, and on my personal home I went with standing seam. Those in the know, know that standing seem is the most labor intensive and requires the most skill to do properly. I researched and found these guys on Angie’s list. I called them based on their reviews on Angie’s list. I had them come out and give me an estimate for a shingle roof initially. There price was good and the guy I had spoken with was knowledgeable. I got estimates and spoke with 4 other roofers I found on Angie’s list. They were the best priced and I got a good feeling from their sales rep. I later met with the owner as I was deciding to go with a metal roof. Got estimates and started researching metal roofs. I probably changed my mind several times through my research. I felt confident the owner was very knowledgeable and a strait shooter. I ended up going standing seam. I researched it heavily through YouTube, so I would know how everything was supposed to be done. The whole standing seam install take a few weeks. I ended up talking a lot with the employees as well as watching how they did the install. Everything was done exactly as I had research it should be. Brian and his guys came out and did a wonderful job on the roof. I couldn’t be happier honestly. I am a knit picky person about how things should be done too. They did the standing seam install in 2017. I have had two screw down roofs installed by Quality Roofing since my standing seam roofs. The most recent being in February 2019. They both came out perfect as well. All the screws are in straight lines. They look perfect. Couldn’t be happier with these installs either. They also did a very nice job on my neighbor’s shingle roof. The only thing that could be considered negative about them, is the fact that they are busy. Honestly, that can’t be a strike because they do good work, so they should be busy. I have been very impressed with everyone I have dealt with at Quality Roofing. From the guys on the job acting professionally, to the office staff, and the owner. They will be getting all of my future roofing work."

"My over the street neighbor replaced his roof with a cool looking copper tinted metal roof -several years ago. At that time I was very impressed with the team performing the work and the end result. It looked great and still looks great. I wrote down the company's name "Covenant" just in case. Then, when it was time to talk about my roof needing replacement I had a colleague at work bragging about Covenant: he was very happy how Covenant put a metal roof on his house and even showed me pictures. So, I contacted Kevin Showley (Covenant's Sales Representative) who came to the house after my work hours, inspected the roof and gave me a fair price. He showed me the materials used and explained how the whole process would work. He also helped me right away with the financing part of the whole project. That same night I signed the contract and within a few days the permit was attached to one of the windows of the house. Within 2-3 weeks the materials were delivered on the driveway ! A trailer was placed on the driveway as agreed upon on Saturday. Monday at 8 sharp a team of 11 people started on the roof and put a beautiful copper look metal roof on my house within 2 days. I called the company afterwards 2 times for some minor aftercare, and each time they responded within one day ! No kidding: they stand behind their logo: they exactly delivered what they promised to do. It all went so smooth that I can barely believe it is done ! And with a 15 year warranty I feel that ' I am covered '."

Marshall was different than the other roofing companies, who either stopped showing interest in me as a customer the minute there was not an opportunity to replace my entire roof and bill my insurance company, or did not return calls or messages. I had some roof shingles that blew off due to high winds and poor installation by the original roofing company. Both the father and son Ben stopped by within 24 hours of me reaching out, repaired the roof and inspected the rest of the roof for issues that I may not have been able to see from the ground. They did exactly what they promised, showed up as promised and did not try to oversell the job. Will call them first when I have another roofing job in the future, large or small."
