"Rodger showed up on time. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. He made the repair for the fee that I was quoted. We noticed that when the refrigerator was delivered it was not level. So that was partially the problem. So Rodger leveled the refrigerator and we no longer have any door or any other issues. So kudos to Rodger and his company. He will definitely be recommended and kept in mind for any other repairs."

"Great experience. Harmond W diagnosed the issue within the first 10 minutes of our interactive video session. He immediately followed up with the part number of the part which had likely failed and a link to Sears PartsDirect to order the part. After our session I removed the wall oven from the kitchen cabinet enclosure, found the suspected part, and confirmed it had indeed failed (as we had discussed during our session. I just ordered the part, and will plan to complete the oven repair when it arrives in a week or so. I'll definitely plan to use this Neli service again when needed."

"Very fast and professional service. Ordered parts, came out and repaired our oven within a few days. Would highly recommend!"

"My savior! Prompt on return call and was at my home when promised. Knew exactly what to do and did it quickly. Very easy to understand the problem with my washer and the solution when explained to me. I will not call or recommend anyone but Greg Albertson with Save Your Appliance for any repair!!"

"It was a great experience working with Maughanster Appliance Repair! He returned phone calls promptly, scheduled me immediately and solved the problem quickly. He was very professional and courteous. I will definitely be doing business with them again. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!"

"He was quite knowledgeable and helpful and while he could have fully repaired my dryer he could not in good conscience go that route as the cost of parts alone would have exceeded the cost of merely replacing the dryer, so through no fault of his he couldn't complete repair work. I highly recommend him as he would rather loose out on a few bucks by being honest than gouge customers through dishonesty"

"The estimator was very knowledgeable and explained his products and services very well.  He provided a detailed plan and estimate.
The installation was done all in one day - including removal of the old counter top and the installation of the new counter top - and it was done on the pre-scheduled day.  Sears was excellent at accommodating our scheduling restrictions.  The new counter top looks nice and we are very happy with the result.
There were a few glitches - the garbage disposal leaked and needed service, and it was tough to get an updated estimate when we made a mid-stream change - but we were still very happy with the result.
Note that the Sears office that we dealt with is in Sharon Hill PA, not in Windsor Mill MA as listed by Angie's List, and the corporate headquarters is in Longwood FL.
