"We had a GREAT experience with Palm Springs! Jerry and his crew were very customer centric with our satisfaction as a key outcome. I appreciated that they were detail oriented and took their time to assure the job was completed with accuracy and thoroughness. I would recommend them without reservation based upon our experience today and will designate them as our home's official plumber!"

"Main drain to septic tank blocked causing problems throughout house (toilets, washing machine, sinks, tub, & shower). Called at 4pm on December 28th, 2021 hoping to get on schedule. Their technician, Jake, arrived at 9am the following morning & resolved the issue in one hour. Service was professional, courteous, & reasonably priced."

"was there on time and short notice. Found a hidden leak quickly and fixed it immediately. would definitely recommend Mark."

"I had called a different company, scheduled a pro to change the main spigot outside which was damaged & rusty. I made an appointment for 12pm-4pm and about 11pm the pro called and said he couldn't make it today & would I reschedule for Monday. I called his office and told the scheduler that he had called to try to reschedule & she offered to get another pro. I said "No, I will try another pro". I called Ragsdale and the pro came straight over, changed the pipe line from inside to outside, added a new spigot and was done in less than an hour. I would highly recommend this plumber and I will only call them next time!! Thanks Ragsdale!"
