"We were very pleased with this company. They responded extremely quickly and honestly went above and beyond what most would have done. As I explained that we were getting sewer gas in the basement. He explained what I could do to solve the issue if I felt comfortable tackling it myself. He was going to schedule an appointment to fix the issue if I didn't. As I listened to his advice I was able to fix the problem. WOW I was truly impressed that he would take his time to walk me through the process. Again would not hesitate to call him again. Also have mentioned this to others so when they need a plumber they know who to contact."

"This was a broken cast iron sewer pipe that was in our basement, connecting to the outside pipe through the foundation wall. We could not use our bathrooms (or any water for that matter), so I was thankful that Brian's response was quick. The day he came to replace the pipe, he brought a helper to ensure that the job would be finished in one day. The guys were very personable and the cost was very reasonable for the job they had to do. They also completely cleaned up the inside and outside work sites before they left. I highly recommend Drain Kings - and Brian - and would have them back any time I had a plumbing issue!"

"This pro has done multiple jobs for me from installing a ceiling fan to replacing sink and tub faucets and installing shelves in my garage. Quality of work is always excellent, he’s punctual, cleans up afterwards and is very reasonably priced. Always my first call, no matter what the job is!"

"Jordan is very professional and finished our deck and exterior repair work promptly at a very reasonable cost. When I requested additional things like railings and steps, he was happy to make it work. I will definitely ask him if we need other work done."

"Nathan and his assistant replaced two outdoor spigots and installed a pressure release valve. They were prompt, efficient and courteous. They took the time to explain everything they had done in detail."

"We purchased a house and adding a whole house water filter was on our list. Our local Orbit dealer performed a free water test and confirmed a that a lot of the junk we had read was in our city water was in fact there. Our previous house also had hard water and we saw firsthand what it did to our pipes and hot water tank. Plus we were tired of a filtered water pitcher taking up space in our refrigerator. Our sales person went over all of the features of the Puronics 7000 system and outlined the maintenance which simple and easy to understand. Installation took place about two weeks later and the guys were done in a day. About a year out and we're still very happy with the improved water quality and the system itself works great."

"Can't say enough about the professionalism of Leon and his crew. He gave me an estimate that was dead on what the final charges were. They were there on time, they kept the jobsite clean and the install was top notch. Even the heating and air conditioning contractor who came in the next day to replace the heating and central a/c system commented on how well the install was. I would have no reservations about recommending Leon to work on my house if the case arises."

"My husband and I got their services for an anniversary gift to each other. They took everything off my to do list and he could supervise! We were both very happy with it!"

"What a great experience. Dennis (whose middle name is Michael) was wonderful. He was at my house within an hour, and resolved my semi-emergency within three hours of that. His pricing is very reasonable, he's very knowledgeable, and he's licensed, which is not necessarily required in my area. I, of course, have his card now and will absolutely call on him for all my plumbing needs. Thanks so much, Home Advisor! Michael's Plumbing gets a 5 Star rating from me!"

"It went great. Brian changed my kitchen sink pipes and replaced kitchen sink faucet. Rate was reasonable."
