I did a major master bathroom upgrade (completely new shower, new soaking tub, new Wayne's coating). I got quotes from several competitors and Five Star Baths had by far the best design solution, the best materials (their Sentrel product had a far better look and feel than their competitor's acrylic), and a surprisingly lower cost. I was the most impressed with the quality of people I worked with from the sales person (Patrick), to the owner (Rob), to the designer/installer (Bo), to the office manager (Brittni). They were all very skilled, very experienced professionals, and wonderful to work with. I had tough schedule, and they went out of their way to accommodate me and get the work done on time. "The project manager of the remodel, Jason, was always in contact with me about when workers would be at the house and to see how everything was going. He also stopped by the house to check on the work. Ismar, the head employee of the job, was very good. He put down tarps to cover the floors and put plastic about the furniture and cabinet in bathroom. He also put up plastic between the bathroom and the bedroom to minimize the dust. The workers were very professional. The tile work in the shower was great. They also had to hang some drywall to fix a closet and paint it. It looks like that was always how the closet was. The shower come out beautiful. I would highly recommend the company and would differently use them again."

"From start to finish I was treated like family. Pat was our contractor and helped us through every step as this was our first major remodel project. Tom and Leslie performed the work and were nothing short of amazing. We had a leaky shower and a severely dated bathroom and by the end of this project we no longer have any leaks and our bathroom looks fantastic and luxurious. I have a toddler and 2 cats who ran around and both Tom and Leslie were not bothered and gave them such good attention and love. I would absolutely use them for any upcoming projects we had. "Everything about Dimitri's company is the absolute best. Dimitri and his sons and employees are very knowledgeable, hard-working, respectful and they did a fabulous job with my bathroom. This bathroom had been previously gutted by someone else so everything in there had to be done. New plumbing and electrics had to be installed as well as new tiles on the floor and on the walls. They put in a new shower, toilet and vanity -and now I have the most gorgeous bathroom, I love it. The men always arrived when they said they would; they are very friendly and kind as well as being courteous. This is a family business and Dimitri and his sons all work together, to get the job done. These guys are truly professionals. Dimitri, his sons and family have a wide knowledge of renovations and a wide range of skills. As a result of their great work in my home, I also asked them to install two custom storm doors, back and front and now I am getting a quote for a new deck and covered porch.
