"Great. S&S did a fantastic job even had to deal with Home Depot not wanting to replace a warranty unit. I have already hired for other plumbing work and told a dear friend about them who needs work done in their home. They are helpful, courteous, and get the work done and done right. I wish I had found them years ago. I have an old house and will continue to use them. PhysicalThey are the best plumbers I have ever used and terrific owner. A pure pleasure to do business with even under stressful conditions"

"I was looking for someone to fix my irrigation system valves and estimate on a sub-meter installation. They responded to my request very quickly. The repair work was completed the very next day. The job is professionally done and done well. The most important, the technician always called ahead and showed up at the promised time."

"Two plumbers came out within an hour of calling, fixed several different plumbing and heating issues for a reasonable price, and advised me on necessary maintenance and future work. They were friendly, professional, and efficient, and I will definitely be using them for my plumbing and heating needs in the future."

"Shawn was great, very experienced and did a great job. Not having a quote before hand hurts when faced with the cost at the end, but compare to others, both Tony and Shawn were timely, and provided honest advice. Instead or replacing entire water pipes in my house, they added valve that controls water pressure intake attached to our new washing machine, which was rattling the entire house without the valve. Shawn also replaced all knobs and water filter in main water pipe and replaced them with lead free bolt handles. Awesome job overall ð"

"The repair went very well. The 2 plumbers were professional, polite and worked well together. The work was explained and the faucet filter change was explained. I was very happy with the quality of work. However, I felt the price was a bit high, and it included an $89.00 "assessment" fee, which was explained to me as a fee just to get the plumbers to my door. The plumbers called it a dispatch fee. Considering that I provided the faucet, I thought the total cost of the job was on the high side. The old faucet and packaging for the new faucet was removed by the plumbers, and my kitchen was left in very clean condition. Great job overall."

"Justin and Cam, the technicians, did a great job. We have an old farmhouse with a very strange configuration of partial crawlspace and partial full basement, and water was leaking through the fieldstone foundation wall from the crawlspace. They quickly diagnosed that the problem was coming from 1 or 2 zones of the hot water radiator heating system, and they were able to shut off those zones to stop the leak, while allowing the house to still use water for sinks, toilets, and showers. We'll have to do more work later to replace pipes to the radiator but, because they are hard to access, we need to plan ahead for some construction work. I'm fully satisfied that these guys were able to find the problem and give us even a temporary solution that allows us to have our working plumbing again without the basement getting wet. Would definitely work with them again."

"John from Johnny Rocket Plumbing and Heating did an excellent job installing our water heater. The work was clean, efficient, and done right the first time. He explained everything clearly, showed up on time, and left the space spotless. I fully trust his work and would recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable plumber. Thank you!"
