I found out it is difficult to get rid of yellow jackets unless you know exactly where they have build a nest.  One problem was a paper wasp nest had appeared on my front porch.  I alerted the workers to this upon our first meeting and then discussion.  However, after they had finished, I found the paper wasp nest had not been treated.  The firm provided a new worker the next day, but I was charged an additional $50, which was fair, since the original pest control was for yellow jackets. <br />"

"The guys from Wildlife Control Specialists were phenomenal. They came out to the house right away, did an inspection (we didn't originally know if it was racoons or squirrels or something else), and took pictures. They explained what they thought would be necessary and walked me through every step of the process. They worked fast, clean, and effectively - the racoons were out by the end of the week. They were always friendly, courteous, and respectful. I can't say enough about what a good job these guys do. They are outstanding and I would highly recommend them for any wildlife situation you need addressed."

Glen arrived on time and thoroughly inspected the house including crawl space for termites and other pests. Glen emailed me the report same day afternoon and followed up with a text message to make sure I received the report. Glen was very courteous throughout the process.
