"If Fred cannot repair it, no one can. He identified the problem, which was right in front of us, and we could not. Part was unavailable from manufacturer, but he found a way to find same part but better built than the original. Would definitely hire again. Great follow up, innovative in finding solutions, and his prices were reasonable"
