"Barry and his son came to my house on a Saturday to look at my clogged drain outside of my basement. He stayed for about an hour assessed the problem and attempted to correct it. He concluded that it needed heavier equipment to do the job. and a replacement of my heat pump. He gave me suggestions and left without charging a fee. Honesty and integrity are hard to find in the repair and service business. "Of the several things that broke (sewer clogged, refrigerator, ice maker, water dispenser) only half of one thing was covered. It takes days or weeks to find out if it is covered. The companies they send out are not the best. Some tried to sell me services I didn't need, the others took forever to get parts and return. After finding out the work wasn't covered, I found better companies, paid them out of pocket and had a much better outcome. I think the $300 I spend on the warranty would have been better spent on service companies that I judged as quality. I did not renew this warranty and would never buy it again."
