"I took advantage of their special offer on camera scoping of my sewer line, and boy did I learn a LOT! That is, my sewer line runs to the alley, not the street, and it has some failure and partial blockage. VERY fortunate am I to discover that BEFORE there's a serious problem! That will save me literally thousands of dollars. Otherwise, the appointment process, and both the automated notifications and the calls from the tech, are VERY convenient and helpful. I was not at all uninformed or inconvenienced at any time. The two technicians were efficient, informative, and 100% professional. I wish I'd used them for other jobs in the past, but I'm planning on using them again! BTW, they also came over in 2019 to check a leak in my main water line, and although I didn't hire them for that (wound up fixing it myself), they kindly referred me to a leak detection firm which got me on the right path. Can't thank Hope Plumbing enough."

"These guys "Jimmy and Brian" brought in an Electric Sewer Drain Cleaner, and worked on clearing the line, time after time,... then Jimmy told me they were gonna being in the "BIG Sewer Line Machine",... time and time again, they tried to punch through what ever the obstruction was,... without results. I was afraid they were just gonna give up and leave. NOPE, Jimmy and Brian kept at it, they went above and beyond the call of duty and kept trying to punch through the obstruction. This Company has some GREAT, determined employees, who not only go the extra mile, but they never got upset, or gave up,.. through the entire time, about 3 solid hours, they were polite, and professional ! "I cannot thank them enough. My husband and I woke up at 3:30am on Friday to get ready for my foot surgery, after my shower the toilets clogged and nothing would drain, my husband knew exactly what the issue was - the septic tank was full and needed pumped and/or there was a clog.  Knowing I wouldn't be able to walk after surgery I was freaking out about not having a restroom in the house. My husband called a friend that recommended them and it was the best thing that could have happened! They came out within hours, when we didn't even think we were going to get anyone out last minute on Friday.  They found the tank promptly and emptied it (eeew), replaced the lid and yard that had to be dug up (very minimal area).  We tested that the toilets flushed and it worked perfectly.  Being that we had never emptied it in the 7 years that we have had the house I don't plan on needing this exact service, but they will be my go to company for any other service they offer.  We were also pleased with the price!  Thanks guys for saving the day :)"

"Jeff and Russ were punctual and very polite. Russ even apologized for being early. I was surprised to notice that one had removed his shoes and the other was wearing shoe covers before entering my house. I showed them the water spot on my ceiling which was my main source of concern and then explained to them some of my girlfriend's complaints of noisy water drains and periodic musky smells in the guest bathroom. I escorted them to the master bathroom where I assumed the leak was coming from. They were quickly able to find the source of the leak which was from a missing gasket on the bottom of the shower door. They then did some diagnosis on the various noises that seem to happen in the guest bathroom as water drains from the master shower. After discussing a number of different scenarios they explained that the most likely reason for the noises and possibly the smell is the lack of use of the guest shower and master bathtub. After running some water through those respective pipes the noises appear to have stopped. I was more than pleasantly surprised when they told me that they were not going to charge me anything for the service calll!!! I certainly hope that I do not run into any additional plumbing issues but if I do I will call Russ and Jeff and Pipe Dreams first. <br />"
