She attempted to repair my garbage disposal unit but was unable to do so as the unit's wiring was worn out. I advised the unit is 40 yrs old. She recommended to purchase a new one. We made a trip together to the local Home Depot store and I purchased the same brand s she recommended. She installed it in record time (within the 2.5 hrs) and completed the job. She also cleaned the work space and carried the old one to my recycling bin. Very satisfied with her work. Also, I want to know if I will receive a billing statement for my records? "Tyler came out the same day, Fri, otherwise we would've had to wait until at least Monday with another plumber. He cleaned out the roots and was very respective of our property because the only access to the pump is through our master closet. After a thorough testing, it worked just fine until that evening when the pump came on and wouldn't shut off, so I just pulled the plug.
