"They did a great job of communicating, usually with minutes of me emailing them. Some of crew didn't speak much English but always one guy that could communicate with me. Only a couple of problems: they left tools propped out front against our garage door which I felt the need to cover up with a tarp, and sure enough, one worker had a back pack stolen from that area after leaving it there overnight. The roof looks good, shingles are as ordered and is working well. The whole roof was replaced in 3 days including cleanup which was quite thorough. Done in October, finished just before torrential rain. Competitive price. The other problem is that modern code requires longer nails so some nails are poking through our eave area and our attic area above the garage due the the thin roof wood, but that isn't something they could avoid. Very satisfied."

This was a high roof with some challenging angles but they worked consistently to finish in 3 days. The clean up was very good as well. During this job they also power washed 2 high balconies, removing heavy planking to clean the drain holes. They purchased new tarps to avoid damaging the flooring in the bedroom.
