"I recently had a new water heater installed, and I couldn't be happier with the service. I am very pleased with the new hot water heater. The technician was very professional and knowledgeable, and they took the time to explain everything to me. The installation was done quickly and efficiently. I would highly recommend this company to anyone in need of water heater installation services."

"This happened on Sunday. Response was excellent and technician was knowledgeable and very helpful and thorough. His name was Austin. Price I can’t really judge—since I wanted it fixed (replace water heater) immediately I didn’t shop around."

"Jonathan was very friendly and knowledgeable. We truly appreciated that he was able to replace our leaking water heater the same day."

"They did a good job as far as the quality of work, they cleaned up after themselves and they were punctual. They called after the services were performed and asked when they would receive their money, this was before I had even received a bill. Felt that they were rushing me through the inspection due to wanting payment for the job. They didn't split the lines for the two separate tenants, so hot water was going to both apartments from the water heater which was only hooked up to one apartment. When I called to have this fixed, they stated that I should have told them this prior to the work and they were going to charge me like a new customer to come out and get it repaired. However, when I contacted them originally, I stated that the only thing coming between the two apartments was cold water. Graded quality nonapplicable because quality of work was good, but was done incorrectly, and felt their attitude about the correction was way off base."

"Manuel was wonderful! He analyzed the problem and gave me options. He came on Saturday morning to install the new water heater and couldn't have been nicer or more efficient. The ARS secretaries could take a lesson. They somehow got my phone # and house # wrong! It made for some confusions. Luckily I called them when the serviceman didn't come or call on time. We straightened out the phone # and Manuel had to call me to find the house. Tiny errors make a big difference. Overall, the experience was fine because the service man was so kind and helpful. I will try them again, but check and recheck the details."

"I've had CJ do multiple types of work, like replacing sinks, clearing clogs, and installing my water heater. CJ has always done a great job. He answers the phone quickly, and he's a very reliable, trustworthy person. Highly recommend!"

"Eleven years ago, I had a Bradford White electric hot water heater installed for one that was leaking through the bottom. Although I had to replace the elements several times, it never leaked. I called Ben Franklin Plumbing late in the afternoon, and they were here first thing the next morning. They gave me the cost to replace the elements and the cost to install a new Bradford White. This time, it made sense to replace it. They were done by noon with a 3-man team of experts. I checked with three big box stores, and although they were slightly less expensive, it was clear they would give their installers, whom I had no idea of, full responsibility. I decided that long term, it was best to go with a company that would give me long-term support. Thanks again, Ben Franklin team. Darrell"

"Very professional, friendly and somewhat competitive pricing. Diagnosed issue and installed new water heater all in the same day. Happy with the result and service"

"Had repair, leaking pipe, done at one location, then used him for another location where he did a complete remodel of the kitchen plumbing and installing cabinets, installing toilet, sink and clawfoot tub in bathroom. Had work done at my home. He was dependable, communicated with me about the jobs and did great work. Would highly recommend."
