"Ben came and listened carefully to our wants and needs. He measured and showed us products. Then gave us a thorough quote. We were able to book quickly. On installation day 2 gentlemen arrived in the time frame given. Rodrigo was the lead installer. He went over all the details before starting and then they got to work. They worked diligently and completed the job in a day. The job included taking up and hauling away the old flooring. Also moving the big furniture and put down luxury vinyl plank in a large family room. The floor looks beautiful. Throughout the project our project manager Nora kept in contact to be sure all was going well and that we were pleased. After finished Rodrigo did a walk through with me and we went through a checklist to insure I was satisfied before he left.
