"Did a $59 consult only. Turned out the cost of repairing the old heater was almost as much as a new one, so we got a new one, and handled the install ourselves. Luis B was great, knowledgeable, friendly, didn't try to upcharge just to sell a heater, which we appreciated. Gave us an honest evaluation, several options, and was right on time. I will say, though, that the company failed to call me when he was on his way... not a big deal. All in all a good experience."

"The Water Heater Wizard is helping us with a long-standing plumbing problem. His work is outstanding. We heartily recommend the Water Heater Wizard."

"Lonnie is an awesome plumber! When I first got my house he installed new water valves for my washer. Just recently he came to repair my water heater because it was leaking. He noticed I still had warranty on my water heater. Any other plumber probably would have charged me for a new one. I really appreciate his honesty. I would definitely recommend his services"

"He was prompt and did a great job completing the project. The pricing was upfront."

"I couldn’t be happier with the service I received. Ismael arrived right on time, immediately put me at ease, and took the time to clearly explain everything before and during the repair. What could have been a really stressful clogged drain issue turned into a complete anxiety-free experience thanks to his professionalism and calm approach. The work was done efficiently and thoroughly, and quickly. 10 outta 10 would definitely recommend! Thanks Ismael!"

"We used West coast plumbing to help with a leak we had in the house. They did an exceptional job. They were very prompt and informative about the issue and the work that needed to be performed. We will be calling them for any future needs."

"Jose is thorough with his inspections when diagnosing our plumbing problems. We had him replace an electric water heater when selling our condo, installed a new water heater & Halo water filtration system in our new home. We have set up yearly maintenance services on our water heater and drain cleaning every six months. Thank you Jose for your knowledge, great customer service, punctuality and your honesty."

"They came over, gave me quote and worked with me on the cost. Did a great job. Everything looks great."

"Alan and Giovanni did a great job with quick installation. Reasonable pricing for the job and didn't add in a lot of extra work that wasn't really required (as we have had other contractors do)."
