Then a camera was sent through various lines to visually see where the obstruction was. A main drain line was cleared by snake, and the camera used again to verify the root cause.  The final diagnosis was a dip in this drain line creating a place where stuff collects and eventually plugs the line. The next step will be to cut concrete slap and replace several dozen feet of old iron pipe - a service they offer but has not been requested yet. <br /> Multiple trips were involved as different equipment and people were needed. They were generally prompt and always professional and careful with the house. <br />"

"The install of the lines went fine,ahead of schedule after installing the lines a few days later we noticed water coming up out of the ground.I called Mark who answers his phone,he sent the guys out first thing the next morning. The issue had nothing to do with the installation of the lines however, they spent 3 hours fixing the problem at NO CHARGE!! This company is the best! "We tried clearing it ourselves for several days. The clog was deep in the pipes. Finally we called Tight Seal and he came very quickly that same day and knew just what to do. In about 15-20 minutes it was unclogged. He was very professional and very nice. We have used them on another occasion. We had a leak coming from one of the pipes under our sink in the bathroom. They came out and put in a new valve. Again very quick and very nice."
