Fortunately, whatever was in my attic vacated before Will arrived so I was able to proceed with repairs without fear of trapping any unfortunate critters inside my attic. All of the work was unobtrusive and remained outside. J.P. and Austin were the ones that did the repairs. I was very happy with the end results! They too were both very kind and polite and addressed all of my questions. For both appointments (estimate and repair), the technicians were on time. They worked very efficiently too. "Don’t waste your money with this firm. They don’t deliver. About a year ago, I was convinced by a salesman of the company that the scratching noises I was hearing in my house were caused by mice roaming around in the walls of the house. I spent over $12,000 and took on a $150 quarterly maintenance plan to get rid of the mice. The company replaced all insulation in my attic and other areas. Also, the company told me they sealed all holes that the mice might use to enter the house. Over the past year, I have complained repeatedly about the mice still roaming around in my house. Most times, an agent would come to the house, look around the outside and place glue traps in areas inside the house. These are amateurish actions I could undertake myself. Recently, I complained by letter to the owner of Century, Mr. Brett Nunn, about my mice problem. Mr. Nunn did not respond to my letter."
