They wanted over 14 thousand for the patio cover alone, we were going to cancel the idea for this year when we found RFMC at the home show and from that moment on everything changed. They not only did the patio cover, fans and lights but we also got a better quality cover and concrete work for less of the original estimates.  Their team is first class. "Quoted 7100-7800..but ended up billing 8400. Owner would not provide written estimate despite being asked multiple times. Owner could not explain extra charges except, as labor. But did not deduct price for items that I purchased for the project. Owner seemed shady, but the workers did mostly good work. I still have to finish touching up the paint job, and I had to clean up after them such as texture left on furniture. Also have to add baseboards that they pulled and didn't replace. Can not recommend this contractor. <br />"
