"The guy who came by and performed the inspection and quote was very nice and knowledgeable. Unfortunately with their termite service, if termite damage occurs while you have their service, they do not cover the cost to repair damages. The worst part was about a week later I got a call from a woman from their office asking about their quote and if we wanted to move forward with their service. I told her we wouldn’t be because they don’t cover termite damage while under contract with them. She then became a little miffed and told me that no pest control company covers termite damages. She also bragged about them getting all the ex Terminix, Orkin, and Action Pest Control clients because they don’t cover damages, which was a childish point to make. Also, I hate to break it to her but all three of those companies do cover termite damages while you’re under their contract and I have first hand experience with Terminix hiring a general contractor to come out and fix my previous house’s termite damages at no charge. So she is just trying to make other companies look bad. I liked the inspection guy, but I would never do business with this company."

"My wife and I are first-time home buyers, and had our offer accepted on an AS-IS foreclosure property in Carmel. I took longer than expected to get back to this...sorry Sean.
The report was extremely thorough and gave us a clear picture of what we were really getting into.
Unfortunately, the report also scared to poop out of us, and we ran away from the property.
Now we have had our offer accepted on a different property, and will again be using Sean to look everything over.
We will be promoting Sean's services to everyone we know looking for a home inspector in the future!

"Art Lawson, the owner of this business, advertised a special through Angie's List of $100 to remove any animals. What he meant to offer was $100 instead of the normal $180 that he charges to come to your home a set up traps. He then normally charges $40 per animal captured. He told me of the mistake, but still honored his commitment. He removed the four raccoons for a total of $100. Not only that, but the poor man got heat stroke from working in all this heat. He is very good at what he does, and I would recommend him even at his regular price."
