Very neat, friendly, showed me all the work when done.... had to add a new **** off also. I showed him the other things that I have issue with and he told me that they can fix them all. I will be calling them back for more help..... right after I buy my new sink and faucet for them to replace! He advised me on what to buy and what sizes! Very pleased with my new plumbers!'"

"Chris came On Weds. Spent 45 minutes in the crawl space to determine what would be required. The company came the very next day to clean out the wetness and set up the drying fans and dehumidifier. Prompt and courteous, and if God forbid another situation like this occurs I will not hesitate to hire Paladin again! I made a claim to the insurance company and they sent a company to check out the issue 3 weeks later. They spent less than 5 minutes looking into the crawl space, took 2 pictures and said they would contact the insurance company and get back to me. Never did either."

"The service call was placed on 12/10; vendor callled same day but was unable to respond until 12/14. He was prompt and declared the faucet was unreparable.. I asked if he could not try to repair but he said he cold not do that because if it din'fix the problem he could not replace the faucet. He stated that the replacement would not be exact but similar. My faucet had separaate lever for turn on/off but he said the replacement would probably be part of the sprout. We did not really appreciate this but he offered no probable favorable solution.. Not happy with response time but realize a close to weekend call caused this. Did not appreciate not even attempting repair."
