"The company responded promptly; diagnosed the problems with the appliances. They ordered the parts and returned two days later to install the parts. They were neat in their work; however, the refrigerator did not cool within 24 hours, as I was told. The top drawer of the dishwasher did not roll as well as prior the the repair work. Called the company back to notify them of the problems and they responded ASAP. They repaired their solder work and the refrigerator is working well. Did not acknowledge that the top drawer of the dishwasher needed adjusting -- in fact argued that there was anything wrong."
