"This review is solely about the installation portion of the Puronics Water Treatment System since it was just installed today. The install team arrived on time, ready to go to work. The location of my main water line was tricky to get to, but they found a great solution to tap into the line via a drop-ceiling access point. They located the Hydronex Water Conditioning Cylinder and Salt Backflush Container exactly where I wanted it. Their work was clean, tight, and very professional. The RO system was backordered, so they explained that they will return within the week to install that portion of the project. They prepped for the RO install by drilling and installing the faucet in my granite countertop. After the install, they explained the whole system to my wife and I and we were up and running with conditioned water. I can't say enough about my experience with Chuck on the initial phone call, Miles who provided the water testing and sold me the system, and Ryan who installed the system. So far, I can't envision any issues that might arise with Orbit Water Solutions since they have provided outstanding service to this point!"

He explained what needed to be done and was honest about the fact that a homeowner DIY remediation was within the EPA guidelines for the amount of damage that needed to be fixed. He provided recommendations and didn't charge me a penny. "He was supposed to be and out by October 10th because I had a painter scheduled for the 13th of October.  My painter even gave him a couple more days to get done and that did not help.  The painter had to try and work behind him as he finished each part of the job.  He even waited until the painter had his drop cloths down and started sanding the walls.  He spent a day putting the basement door in instead of getting the work done upstairs so the painter could paint.  The painter had to finally leave and wait until the work was done to come back and finish painting.  There were days when he was supposed to be here and he never showed.  If you choose to hire him make sure you explain to him that you do not use the foul language that he does when he is in someone's home.
