"Jason was able to come out the same day I called to check for a possible infestation based on noises i had heard in the attic. The good news was that he found no current evidence of an animal gaining access to the house either in the attic, the basement or around the perimeter, which put my mind at ease. He also gave suggestions on what could be done to help prevent access around my garage door, electrical box, etc...I had a lot of questions because I was really concerned and he took a lot of time to check thoroughly and discuss potential causes. He reassured me that my attic was one of the cleanest he had seen, and some evidence would have been present if it had been breached. I would not have wanted to climb up in the attic alone to check for animals, so it was a great deal (only $20) and a great load of anxiety off my mind. I wouldn't hesitate to call him again and I would gladly recommend him to others."

"Called, then came out the next day, at the agreed-upon time. Checked for signs of skunk, esp. under the deck, and reported no signs. Discussed prevention/proofing steps we could take. Offered to leave a trap, but warned that it could also get other animals, including neighbors' pets. Decided against that. Charged only for the 'service call.' I would contact again if future issues."

"John is the best! I used three animal control companies to help me get rid of mice in my attic in the last 4 months. One is only put bait in my basement and told me mice will come down to basement for food in the future. One is point out the problem but ask for thousands of dollars to seal all gap around my house. Until I hired John, He was pretty sure mice came from the gap between my garage wall and soffit, and he came to seal it in the same week. He is very knowledgeable and responsible. "Suspected something living under my house, and did not know if animal was attracting neighborhood coyote. Was surprised to find a pup litter of coyote babies under my house. When I called John he offered to come that Sat., but would be cheaper to come on Monday. Chose to wait. He came as expected, took care of the problem, left a cage for unfinished business, and came back a week later to remove the cage. He was very pleasant and advised me of cost upfront. Said many companies charge per animal removed, he did not charge like that. It was a flat rate. 7 babies would have been very expensive! There was a trip charge and a removal charge. "Ron from Ampest was our exterminator.  He arrived on time and performed a whole house inspection and inspected the attic for any rodents.  He determined that they had created a small hole in the eaves of the roof and set traps both on the roof as well as on the ground by the tree.  Over the next 5 days we caught about 6 squirrels (the mother and some of her babies)and even one chipmunk.  He arrived every morning to check the traps, replace them with new ones and take the squirrels to a forest preserve to release them unharmed..  After the service was ended, we cut down the tree by the house to prevent any squirrels or other wildlife from climbing on the roof. About a week later we heard some other noises in the attic and actually saw one squirrel on the roof so we called them out again.  He looked again in the attic to ensure they did not get in but were confined to the eaves.  He set more traps but was unable to catch any more squirrels.  We think they eventually jumped off the roof and we have never heard anything back in the next two weeks.  We are very pleased with their service, attention to detail and professionalism.  They answerde all of our questions and did not hesitate to return after the contract was over to set more traps and monitor. <br />"

"<p>The company was affordable and able to come at a convenient time. We had a pretty serious spider infestation on the property. We had just bought the house and there were nests, webs, and impressively sized spiders everywhere outside the property.<br /> <br /></p> <p>The first spraying was unfortunately unsuccessful. Within one week all of the webs that had been removed by the American Pest Solutions tech were re-spun and the spiders were back to dominating our property. We had a few that managed to make webs clear across our whole double car garage door and across the entire gangway between our house and the next door house in that single week! These webs were so bad that we could not use the gangway and the spiders pretty much dictated our pathway through the yard and into the garage. </p> <p>Obviously disappointed in the return of the spiders, we called American Pest Solutions and explained that the original spray was unsuccessful and that the spiders were back in full force. They were very polite, apologized, and came immediately back out to the property to re-spray at no added cost. This second spray did the job. The property appears to be spider free and will hopefully stay that way throughout the winter.</p> <br />"
