They completely transformed the three apartments that they remodeled - from installing cabinets, countertops, toilets, showers, doors, light fixtures, flooring, windows, interior/exterior painting - to fixing unstable decks and chimneys, they can do it all! "Dave, along with Granite Plus was hired to renovate our kitchen counter. Dave's job was to cut down the counter from bar height to counter height. Expertise in carpentry, drywalling, painting, plumbing and electrical was necessary. Dave coordinated these specialties along with the Granite Plus folks such that the entire project was completed on schedule and without issues. While dust was a given during the project, Dave sealed off the kitchen in a floor to ceiling plastic room and utilized an air purifier to nearly eliminate the spread of dust. Each night his crew "Swiffered" the kitchen clean. Our old sink & plumbing was functional but for only one day! Then, promptly after Granite Plus installed the new quartz countertop, Dave's guys returned to install the new sink, etc. All was seamless! Dave and his crew did such an impressive job, I hired him thereafter to change out 2 ceiling fans, 3 ceiling lights and retrofit the kitchen cabinet drawers & doors with soft closure hardware. Upcoming, Dave has been hired again to perform additional plumbing and electrical work in our condo. You can depend on Dave!"

"Dan, owner of Premier Asset Management and Maintenance LLC (PAMM, LLC), does quality work and does it exactly when he says he will. We had seen that in the past with several projects that he had done for us. Because we have so much confidence in him, we asked him to completely remodel our kitchen. When we requested a few additions to the project, Dan said “We can work with that”. When the countertop measurer pushed his own schedule, Dan said “We are going to make that happen”. "I hired Jim Meinen and his team to remove a jacuzzi and put in a walk in shower in the master bathroom as well as a kitchen remodel. Jim is a man of his word and he finished the job in a timely manner, he is a master builder and is 2 steps ahead of any issues that might arise. He and his team are respectful, friendly and leave a spotlessly clean work area and most importantly, know what they are doing. I have been recommending them to all my friends and family and should I need more work done I would not go to any other contractor."
