"Legendary did a great job installing a Tesla home storage battery. The workmanship on the installation was excellent and they left the work area as they found it. On installation day there was a problem with the new battery which had an unusual glitch (it didn’t work). Not their fault. They contacted Tesla right away and Tesla sent a new battery (which worked) in a couple of weeks. Legendary came back to install the new battery right away. They spent sufficient time to explain the app and how to adjust settings within the app. I purchased the battery primarily to connect to my existing solar for emergency use in case of power outages. Would highly recommend them and will call them in the future for repair and maintenance issues also."

The tech did some research and found out it was under warranty and rather than charging me for more than $49 service call, suggested I call the original installing company, since that might save me money with labor, stating he would gladly do the repair if that was my preference. I did decide to call the installer, and that was the right decision since it was a problem with a part they had already replaced for me, they had had the same problem with other units from the manufacturer.
