"Saha answered my request right away.He asked me to give him a little rundown, about what's going on and he was very patient in listening to me.The issue was that half of my condo was out of power. Literally there was no power in the dining room, living room ,and desk area. He thoroughly investigated and tested all the outlets in the problem areas. Only one of the outlets had to be replaced since all the rest tested out fine. He did not stop there. He went on to check all my breakers and realized that one of them was in the off position. It actually tripped off ...as he explained it. That's what was causing the power to go off . The actual culprit was my portable heaters. He went onto explain that there were too many light fixtures and too many outlets on one breaker. I could tell you a lot more, but I don't think I have a lot of space left to do that. Once onsite, Carlos and his colleague knew exactly what to do and how to run the new electric circuit across the house from the electrical panel to the garage. The installed the EV charger we had purchased separately exactly how we wanted it. Everything worked perfectly. They even went the extra mile to come back and patch the garage drywall where they had made a few holes to run the cable even though it was not included in the job initially.
