"I recently had luxury vinyl planks installed in my galley kitchen, washroom/laundry room, and bathroom. All three of these spaces are tight quarters. However, the crew from District Floor Depot (DFD) did a fantastic job despite the limited space! (The required moving the refrigerator, stacked washer/dryer, stove, and 2 toilets.) The crew made it look like it was a piece of cake to do though I do know there were definitely challenges along the way. It took the crew about a day and half to complete. Each time there was an obstacle, the folks at DFD were quick to resolve, for example, they were a few planks short to complete the job. Rather than taking short cuts, they crew had the additional planks brought over and the job was completed to my satisfaction. All minor concerns that I had had were quickly resolved. I was particularly impressed with the post-installation service provided. I had a question about a “soft spot’ on the floor (the installation was “floated” atop of the existing underlayment) that I felt might cause premature wear. My concerns were quickly addressed (it turned out with “floating” floors having a ‘soft spot’ near a transition sight was normal and that no premature wear would occur.) I would definitely recommend District Floor Depot and would use them again!"

"This is the 4th time I had Prospect Flooring do work for me . First two was refinishing wood floor, third installing wood flooring and now installing luxury vinyl flooring. They are fantastic. Excellent customer service, excellent work. I highly recommend them."

"I recently had the pleasure of working with Torres Flooring to install hardwood floors throughout my entire house, including upstairs, downstairs, and the basement. I must say, they did an exceptional job! The level of professionalism they exhibited was impressive, and Brian, the owner, was not only knowledgeable but also incredibly friendly. The installation process was smooth and efficient, and the results were outstanding. The hardwood floors added a touch of elegance and warmth to my home, transforming the space beautifully. I couldn't be happier with the final outcome. From start to finish, Torres Flooring demonstrated their expertise, attention to detail, and commitment to customer satisfaction. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of flooring services. Kudos to the entire team for a job well done!"

"Floorsbay did a great job - they resurfaced our wood floors and installed carpeting in our basement, stairs and two upstairs bedrooms. They gave us great carpet choices at competitive prices, were very efficient on the resurfacing and carpet installation and the quality of their work is outstanding."

"I wanted a quote on hardwood floor pricing not vinyl plank flooring. Maybe he assumed that the price for hardwood would be to pricy for a rental property. There office staff were excellent and in regular contact with me which is a positive. But when someone asks for hardwood floor installation pricing than give that as the priority with vinyl plank flooring as an alternative."

"Aaron Goodman. The owner of AG Construction is very polite, responsive, helpful, resourceful, honest and easy to talk to. His team headed by Cesar is exceptional. They are very thorough, skilled, polite and friendly. I was able to pick out the flooring online or at ProSource Flooring . This was also a positive experience. I now have beautiful vinyl plank flooring and hardwood stairs of excellent quality installed in a very timely fashion and at an incredibly fair price!! Steps were also refinished to match the flooring and they look great. Aaron also completed an excellent job in my father’s house with wood floor refinishing and wood stairs. It was beautifully done. My sister highly recommended AG Construction to me."

"David at Footprints Floors gave me excellent advice about buying flooring and hiring a handyman to install it, since my project was a small one."

"I have worked with Resa twice and in my experience she is very knowledgeable, helpful, provides a high quality product and most importantly she has excellent communication skills. I would definitely recommend and would work with her again."

"At my age the installers looked like children, but they knew what they were doing. They worked amazingly fast, left me with a beautiful floor and cleaned up everything. If I decided to have any other rooms done in the future, I’ll be calling you. Thanks for a job well done. 👍"

"James was the best rep and answered all my questions and was quick to respond. He was very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful throughout the process of making our selections. We initially were not sure on the type of flooring, made many changes to the quotes and he patiently walked us through everything. With his help, we ended up selecting hardwood for our floors. The work crew was professional and clean. James called to check and kept us informed. The work crew moved all the furniture and put pads on each piece. They left all areas of the house spotless. I would definitely recommend reaching out to James and using this company to anyone looking for a good price on flooring and a professional and friendly company. I will use them again in any future projects."
