"The guy who came by and performed the inspection and quote was very nice and knowledgeable. Unfortunately with their termite service, if termite damage occurs while you have their service, they do not cover the cost to repair damages. The worst part was about a week later I got a call from a woman from their office asking about their quote and if we wanted to move forward with their service. I told her we wouldn’t be because they don’t cover termite damage while under contract with them. She then became a little miffed and told me that no pest control company covers termite damages. She also bragged about them getting all the ex Terminix, Orkin, and Action Pest Control clients because they don’t cover damages, which was a childish point to make. Also, I hate to break it to her but all three of those companies do cover termite damages while you’re under their contract and I have first hand experience with Terminix hiring a general contractor to come out and fix my previous house’s termite damages at no charge. So she is just trying to make other companies look bad. I liked the inspection guy, but I would never do business with this company."

"Aaron came out late in the evening to ensure that most of the yellow jackets were in the hive.  He was extremely professional and very friendly.  He took care of our problem and it only took 30 minutes.  I would recommend Reliable Pest Control to anybody that has a pest problem.  The price was fair and they are extremely knowledgeable regarding all sorts of pests and vermin.  Excellent job!

"This is the 2nd home Sean did an inspection for me.  (Both times he did a great job.)  The reason why there was no fee associated with this more recent home inspection is because we ran into scheduling conflicts/communication problems, due in part to things outside of Sean's control.   Also, his radon guy (he partners with a radon testing person) was late with getting the testing done.  This was not an issue per se but did take longer to get the results back than originally planned.  Sean felt bad about all of this so he did not charge anything for his inspection, and he even paid for the radon testing.  Having any kind of service provider treat customers in such a caring way is remarkable and unparalleled in my experience.  Regarding the inspection, Sean did a great job both inside and out.  He was very thorough and knowledgeable.  The roof was wet so he came back the next day to walk the roof.  The owners had to get some repair work done, and Sean came back twice to inspect it.  He just asked us for gas money.  Finally, he came back out a 3rd time on a Sunday (free of charge) when we asked him to check something else out.  Sean was always eager to help and very quick to respond.  He gave us a full and detailed report very quickly, complete with multiple photos.  I highly recommend his services.  He is easy to work with and is a very nice guy.  I was glad to see he was featured in the January 2013 issue of the Angie's List magazine."

"THIS COMPANY IS VERY HUMANE IN ITS TRAPPING AND REMOVAL TECHNIQUES, AND RELOCATES THE CAPTURED ANIMALS TO ANOTHER AREA. THEY ALSO PROVIDED ME WITH ADVICE AND MATERIALS TO BEST CLOSE THE HOLE THE RACCOONS USED TO GET INTO MY ATTIC."

"I was referred to Poppy's from a friend who had used their services around Christmas time. I had seen evidence of mice in my basement as well as around my kitchen. I called and spoke to a very polite woman who took my information down and advised that a technician would call back shortly. Within 20 minutes I was contacted by the gentleman who worked with me throughout the entire process. He came out the very next morning and established that my problem was not out of control and set out a few bait stations. I have a cat and was concerned that she could be injured by the bait he set in the kitchen. Keith ensured that my cat would not be able to access the stations by placing them inside the cabinet under the sink and behind the fridge. I cleaned the areas where I had found evidence and within a few days I stopped seeing droppings around. 
I would definitely recommend this company to my friends and family. They were professional, efficient and very informative.
