"Everything went great and as planned.  They arrived within the two hour time block of the appointment.  It took slightly over an hour for them to remove the old water softener and install the new one.  This included installing the proper drain system for the water softener.  The estimate covered everything mentioned and there weren't additional costs.

"Eleven years ago, I had a Bradford White electric hot water heater installed for one that was leaking through the bottom. Although I had to replace the elements several times, it never leaked. I called Ben Franklin Plumbing late in the afternoon, and they were here first thing the next morning. They gave me the cost to replace the elements and the cost to install a new Bradford White. This time, it made sense to replace it. They were done by noon with a 3-man team of experts.
