"This review will sound like I was paid to write it, and I was not. Promise! I am just that impressed. I am completely blown away! In a nervous, and frantic panic I called CR Plumbing to get some help. I have never had to call a plumber before. My drain was backed up and flooded my laundry room. It was a disaster. I called and spoke with Autumn, she automatically calmed me down. She was very quick getting all of my information, and getting an appointment set up. She had a way to calm a crazy, panicked, stressed mom out. Her customer service was outstanding as well. Autumn thank you for everything. Within a FEW hours Nick and Nathan were out to my home to fix this huge headache of a mess. I am not kidding, within not even 20 minutes they had it fixed and everything working great! We are a home with an immunocompromised kiddo, they offered to wear booties or take their shoes off, and wore masks. They didn't even have to ask me if I wanted them to wear the masks. As a family who is very worried about germs, they sure did make sure to make us feel comfortable and safe. They even went above and beyond to state they were not sick or experiencing any sickness symptoms. Like REALLY, that was amazing. Nick and Nathan made sure to answer all of my questions, and make sure everything was up and working. They even offered to ziptie my washer drain thing, and take out the towels to the trash that were wet. I did not let them but they offered. Where do you get this customer service? I surely have never had someone let alone a company have this amazing customer service. CR Plumbing, you guys have won my business and will be the only ones we will ever use! You guys are amazing, and I am so grateful I bumped into your company on google. You will forever be our favorite and go to. A few days later a leak developed in the drain connection which was unfortunate, but he promptly came back as scheduled and on time, fixed it, and now everything seems to be fine. "Called and they were able to come out same day. Plumber was here on time and found the leak quickly. Had to replace a section of pipe and fitting. Tested for leaks and did job quickly."

"He fixed it. I really like the guy and he did a good job. It was very expensive and I still needed to have more plumbing done underneath the house under the foundation. I paid to have them verify that there was a leak, that was my first thing. Then they came out found the leak. I really like the man and everything. I like the workers. They were very nice people but I still needed to have more work done, he didn't find all the leaks. He was much more expensive."

"TL:DR The American-made equipment works very well. The company ultimately assured the installation was complete and correct. But it was a rocky road. It was easy to schedule an appointment with a sales person. He spent a lot of time trying to sell me a system, when in fact I'd already done my research and knew I wanted to buy their products if they could improve my water quality. The salesman was able to give me measurements of dissolved solids and pH, which was important to me. Installation was fast; within about a week, our system was in place! Unfortunately, the installation did not pass inspection. When I contacted EcoWater Texas about the problem, the owner said the inspector was being unreasonable, and this had never happened before. He said he was uncomfortable having his plumber do the work the inspector required, and I would have to find someone else to do it. He said he'd pay the cost if it was reasonable. I contacted the inspector to get a detailed explanation of the work to be done. The inspector came over and gave me a red tag, formally failing the installation. He said I should call EcoWater Texas and tell them I had the tag, and if I submitted the tag to the licensing board they'd make it right. When I did that, EcoWater Texas agreed to find a plumber to do the work and cover the costs. The new plumber finished the installation, and it passed inspection. I then asked EcoWater Texas to test my water to make sure the system was working as advertised. This took a little time, but the salesman returned and did the testing. That's when I learned the system was only treating half my water! The rest entered the house in a different place. Apparently EcoWater Texas didn't check for that when they did the original installation. So EcoWater Texas had the second plumber come back and tie in the rest of the house water. The entire process took several months."

"The original problem was a backed up sewer line. What turned out was the main pipe had become corroded and tree roots already invaded it along a span of three feet of pipe. The mere clearing of this main line was futile and I already paid a previous plumber for this. Joey’s Co. ran a video camera and showed me the problem live and advice me to cut the section of the pipe and replace. Also, two toilets in the home were old and working inefficiently and needed to be replaced immediately. Also, I learned that with cast iron pipes, you need to run more pressure water or else you stand to cause plugs in the line. Part of the service provided this day was to inform and educate me and my family in the construction and materials used in old homes like mine. The information was honest, sincere and, as everything turned out in the end, correct. I am pleased to recommend Joey’s Plumbing Co. to everyone."

"Chris was great!! He was prompt in contacting us to set up a time to come out and take a look a look at our water heater. Chris arrived on time and assessed our situation. He explained that our water heater needed replacing. Chris gave us an estimate for a new water heater which included installation and haul away of our old one which we felt was reasonable. The next day, Chris arrived as scheduled with our new water heater and 2 hours later, we were good to go. We found Chris to be very knowledgeable, professional, reliable, honest, straight forward and courteous. I would highly recommend him. Great service and reasonable price."
