"James found the problem very quickly, looked up repair item, gave me the cost and how long it would take to get the part, ordered the part. Called the morning that the part came in and came the same day to install it.. The wife is happy and won't have to use a scrub board LOL, when she is happy, I'm happy. Very quick work, personable worker, knew what he had to do and did it. I will call them if I need repairs in the future!"
