Luis B was great, knowledgeable, friendly, didn't try to upcharge just to sell a heater, which we appreciated. Gave us an honest evaluation, several options, and was right on time. I will say, though, that the company failed to call me when he was on his way... not a big deal. All in all a good experience."

"WOW! Dave and Jeff were on time as agreed and finished a truly professional installation of my Water Softener and Reverse Osmoses that I purchased at Lowes. Dave came out the same day I called him to come and give me an estimate and explained in detail how he would do it. Dave's quote was very reasonable. I called Dave and told him I wanted to move forward. (On a Friday) He asked me if Monday would be OK. Dave and his helper ( Jeff) arrived at 8AM and were finished be 1 PM.
