Blue bird went out of there way to meet with the insurance adjuster and then met again when my insurance company sent an engineer. If it hadn't been for Blue Bird and their thoroughness and extensive knowledge of roofing, my insurance company would have gotten away with not covering my roof damage.. Blue Bird arrived on the agreed upon day and tore off my old roof and replaced it with a new one in two days. They also replaced my vent caps with a ridge vent system. It's much cooler in the attic now. The roof looks Fantastic! They did a great installation and clean up. It's been on for over a year now and has held up perfectly to some severe Middle TN storms this year including an F1 that touched down a few miles away. This is the second job I have used TCS for, the other being gutter replacement. The two jobs done by TCS are the best experiences I have ever had with having home repair work done. I don't think I am unreasonably hard to please, but I do expect companies to show up when they say, answer or return phone calls or text in a timely manner (which is great with TCS!), clean up after themselves and do a quality job and stand behind their work.
