After our session I removed the wall oven from the kitchen cabinet enclosure, found the suspected part, and confirmed it had indeed failed (as we had discussed during our session. "The technician, Derrick, was excellent, very thorough! He explained everything and completed our oven repair in about 45 minutes! Although he gave us a senior discount I thought the cost, $315.00 was very high! The part he replaced May have a price of $100.00. So thatâ s about $290.00 an hour for the labor! Probably a little too high! Also I mentioned that I am a retired Army Veteran with 37 + years service! You all can do allot better for military veterans and senior citizens on fixed incomes!!!!"

The big appliance store where we bought it (five years ago) said they could come after Christmas :( I'm happy to say it's already fixed! As soon as I submitted an inquiry through Angi last night, I got a call right away from the owner. He was super understanding and polite. He sent a technician first thing this morning. "It was absolutely fantastic!! I could not be happier or more satisfied. I called on Friday, and Frankie said he could come the next day (Saturday!) or on Monday. Monday it was. He knew where to look for solutions and worked on both my refrigerator and stacked washer/dryer. He was tenacious and persistent and would not give up until both appliances were completely and totally FIXED. He didn't charge by the hour, but by the project. And I was more than impressed by the cost. Amazing. I will NEVER look elsewhere for any future appliance repairs.
