"EXCELLENT! The pipe clogged on a SUNDAY AFTERNOON, of course. Water was leaking into our basement! I started looking for someone with 24 hour service, and no one could come out. Then I got a call from IL Sewer and Drain. Joe said he could be out in about an hour, it was already after 4:30 pm. He came out, and was able to unclog our pipe! But upon inspection, the pipe needed to be replaced. He was able to schedule it for the next morning! The work took a few hours, but was all finished and cleaned up! I would not hesitate to hire them again or give them an outstanding reference."

"Not the best. I had work done from this company about a month ago. It was a 6 hour job, was responsibly priced and they did a great job. Had this company come out again today due to a small and slow leak (different issue than previous visit). I was quoted double what the first job cost and this job is just replacing a single pipe. They were very thorough and progressed through multiple steps of rodding and jetting before finally having to dig in the yard to add a cleanout to resolve my sewer issue. The entire team was contentious and intent at every step. Unfortunately, my 60+-year-old pipes needed a bit more than could be managed from inside the house. Not only were they professional and aggressive in resolving the issue, but they were also very responsive to our urgent needs and showed up when they said they would for every visit. Great guys and fair pricing...highly recommended"
