Sergio arrived right on time and completed the work quickly at a reasonable price. I was impressed that the replacement was a good quality faucet - the same that I would have used if doing the repair myself. Sergio was very professional and polite. "It was a rainy weekend…We had rapid leaking from the pipes in our basement ceiling (discovered over the weekend). We had called or regular company and other plumbers/services and all “took a message” or flat out said they were not available. Sunday morning I decided to try one more time. Rob answered the phone himself and offered to come over later in the day. He called back to let me know the exact time of his arrival. I didn’t know the source of the water so we weren’t doing laundry or dishes. Rob arrived and quickly located the source of the water and repaired the problem. We were expecting to pay $$$ because it was a Sunday emergency call. "EXCELLENT! The pipe clogged on a SUNDAY AFTERNOON, of course. Water was leaking into our basement! I started looking for someone with 24 hour service, and no one could come out. Then I got a call from IL Sewer and Drain. Joe said he could be out in about an hour, it was already after 4:30 pm. He came out, and was able to unclog our pipe! But upon inspection, the pipe needed to be replaced. He was able to schedule it for the next morning! The work took a few hours, but was all finished and cleaned up! I would not hesitate to hire them again or give them an outstanding reference."

They were very thorough and progressed through multiple steps of rodding and jetting before finally having to dig in the yard to add a cleanout to resolve my sewer issue.
