They went the extra mile or three to make sure the work was completed to perfection, even though the pipes were old and fiddly and required constant changes of strategy. Every operation was thoroughly explained and all questions were gladly answered. They were extremely punctual and tackled my problem promptly. Plus, there was no mess afterwards. They spotted several potential problems, estimated the remaining lifespan of various systems (it's an old house), suggested potential fixes and provided ballpark estimates to help plan the future.
