So we thought we would take advantage and have them come out and talk to us about our system. We had a heat pump so we didn't have to buy a complete furnace and the a separate air conditioner. We have a compressor and it heats or it cools, so we didn't have to have any duct work replaced or anything like that. So they came back out to work it around so the sprinkler head was exposed. I thought that was really nice of them.  <br /> <br /> You can buy cheaper units but Lenox is pretty good quality.
