I sent out requests for a price estimate to multiple companies and David got back to me first. He was available same day for a free consultation. He was prompt, polite and professional. After assessing the damage done to my water heater, we talked over a few possibilities based on my finances. It appeared the whole thing would need to be replaced so he offered to search for gently used water heaters. David got back with me within a week and said that he had researched ways to repair the current damage and that it was worth trying. I told him to go for it because worst case scenario, we replace it as we originally planned. He was at my house the next day and successfully repaired the damage, saving me a ton of money not having to buy a new one. He also offered multiple types of payment (so if you always have cash, never have cash, or want touch free only through an app, you have lots of options)I am so happy with his work and responsiveness! Since my job involved replacing pipe he did have to wait for adhesive to bond giving him time to complete 3 other jobs as well in my area. "My kitchen sink wouldn't drain. Called up Genesis Plumbing Repair and they were clear on pricing and time they could show up. Once they arrived, it took maybe 10 minutes to clear out a grease clog 65ft out from my sink. They made it look easy peasy! They're also a 24 hour on call service, if you have a plumbing emergency! It's very nice to have that service so close, here in Porter. They'll definitely be my go-to in the future!"

"It went well but we had to cut out wallpapered sheetrock to get to the shower faucet part that needed repaired.  Matt definitely knows his plumbing skills!  However, I think the job was overpriced.  $125 service call for a Saturday.
