"I called Malang Pest Control and spoke to Jeff who was very patient and helpful with explaining the process and prices of their services. Speaking off, they gave us the best quote out of the 3 companies I called before. After I asked him what days he is available to come by, he told me he can be at my location within 20-30 minutes, which is super fast! He arrived on time and explained everything on-site and what he was going to do to help with our ant problem. Malang Pest Control is a very reliable and customer oriented local business. "Calvin was who called me back and he said in order for them to come out and give me a service I would have to sign an agreement that I would continue with them for a year. When I asked what happens if I'm not happy with the job, Calvin said it would be no problem to discontinue. Well, I wan't happy with the job, though the tech that came out to service our home was very nice and professional. However, it did not take care of my pest problem so after 2 tries I cancelled. Now they are saying I have to pay a disconnect fee per the agreement. I told them what I was told and all they would say is "I apologize." Clearly this is a rehearsed line that they've told others. I would have to say that this is a dishonest company. Saying what it takes to get the job and then holding you responsible for their poor work. I am a bit cautious to say the least to go with Angies again if this is whom they are recommending."
