It took couple of revisit for the technician to figure out the issue and now we do not see any issues since last three weeks. They have no emergency service on weekend we had to wait until Monday before we were able to get the hot water running back. Also the overall plumbing work was averagely done (pipes not installed straight and square)."

I had a busted indoor basement pipeline that connected to an outdoor spigot, that caused quite a bit of water damage in my basement, so I needed to find the best plumber, at a reasonable price, and a company that would apply the diagnostic charge to the total charge of the work done. In the end, Archer Plumbing was the number one choice by far. I called Allan back and scheduled an appointment. The next day I called and changed the scheduled date to an earlier date, and Allan was very flexible and accommodating. Allan called on June 12, the scheduled date, to let me know that the plumbers were on their way. Chuck and Matthew arrived promptly. I was happy that they had shoe covers (thumbs up), so I didn’t have to offer mine. Chuck was very knowledgeable, proficient and efficient. Both were very polite and pleasant. In addition to replacing the busted pipeline and spigot, they replaced the toilet fill valve and seal in two toilet tanks, and Chuck gave me some general, helpful maintenance tips, as well as addressed a few of my concerns with future plumbing projects. I was very pleased that the cost was within the ballpark figure that Allan had quoted for the busted pipe repair. Needless to say, I highly recommend Archer Plumbing. First impression and experience are lasting! I admire their honesty and integrity. I have already recommended Archer Plumbing to my friends and family. "Their services straightened up my drain and completely fixed my problem without having to dig up my floor. He used a jet wash high pressure water spray wash that cleaned out the interior drain.  He also sent a camera down the sewer line to check and see the rest of the drain. In addition, he gave me the advice on what to do with the sewer line and I thought that was nice of him to do that."

"I needed a plumber to repair a leaking water main where it enters my house in the basement. The leak was on the outside of the foundation. Joe Lay Plumbers sent someone out to look at the problem and provide an estimate. They correctly diagnosed the problem and gave me a very reasonable estimate. The repair required digging four feet of fill on the outside my house’s foundation and replacing a section of leaking pipe. The problem was caused by a poor original installation. We agreed on a date for the repair and Joe Lay had two plumbers perform the work. They arrived on time and completed the job quickly and competently.
