"Larry and Paul were prompt and from the offset the work was good. Problem with the toilet leaking but it was resolved after 4 attempts no fault of there's just took fresh eyes - another technician - Kelly/Tyler with the same company. I would give the company more stars however, they did the old bate and swtich., The email from Tri-Sate listed a few items which the company did not address and after 3 months of asking for the invoice and apologies from Larry that the informaiton was miscommunicated in the email, I got the short end of the stick, paying for services that were not rendered with an invocie 3 months later conveying what was done. I spent 3 months of telephone calls and apologies from them wher another plumber came out and replace the bathtub sink drain that was suppose to be done by Tri-State and charged me $300. the shower drain was not done and I still have a cast iron vent pipe which takes a while for the smell to dissipate. I paid for all the tiems to get done based upon the quote I was provided and the emails and what i got was the short end of the stick with thd bate and switch tactics!!! They give you a blank screen to sign so, be careful that you check out everything on the email is done and don't go signing any blank screens!!!"

We are in a time when customers are quick to complain and find fault with the quality of work that has been completed. I am doing just the opposite.Abry's team was professional, friendly and very helpful whenever I asked any questions and they took the time to carry on a conversation while they were working. Their work ethic and attention to detail totally impressed me. They put in nine piers and at the end of the day—I can honestly say that there was NO evidence they did any work. Everything was put back and it looked as though nothing was disturbed—right down to the mulch in the landscaped areas. Every one of the individuals I came in contact with at Abry Brothers was helpful and went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. Beginning with setting up a time for Troy to come out and do an inspection of the foundation. He was very informative and helpful in making a decision to do the foundation repair. Followed by the structural engineer who was also very friendly and went out if his way to schedule a time to meet me at my house. He was patient when I asked questions about the whole process and to verify where the piers needed to be placed. the secretary was great at lining up financing and answering any questions we had about the process. Finally, Marc—without question he was amazing in the whole install with his team. It was obvious that he knows what he is doing and so does his team. "The service call was placed on 12/10; vendor callled same day but was unable to respond until 12/14. He was prompt and declared the faucet was unreparable.. I asked if he could not try to repair but he said he cold not do that because if it din'fix the problem he could not replace the faucet. He stated that the replacement would not be exact but similar. My faucet had separaate lever for turn on/off but he said the replacement would probably be part of the sprout. We did not really appreciate this but he offered no probable favorable solution.. Not happy with response time but realize a close to weekend call caused this. Did not appreciate not even attempting repair."
