"Ken came out on July 22nd, looked at my house and gave me a bid with in one day.  He came and picked the 25% deposit up and put us on the schedule.  On Friday, August 22, they powerwashed my house.  On Tuesday, August 26th, they caulked and painted my house.  They painted it all in one day.  They were so clean, I hardly knew they had been there if not for the fact that my house had been painted.  There are 3 colors of paint on my house.  We used the Miller Acrilite Exterior Paint.  I had gotten other bids the most expensive of which was Absolute Painting.  Their bid came in at $5465 for the same paint.  Absolute looks like an awesome company that probably does a great job; however at more then double the cost, it was not worth it.

"Highest recommendation! We have had C & C do repairs and full roof replacement at several properties over time. They have always been on time, courteous, priced well and professional. C & C has repaired roofs on short notice and been very straightforward about condition/ replacement need. They even advised us to hold off on replacement after a leak, as repairs would be good for several years more. They are responsive to calls and clean up after the work was excellent. When full replacement was necessary, the work was done as scheduled and the estimated cost was fully explained and accurate."

"I called to cancel it because, there was a lot of miscommunication. There was not enough understanding of what I needed and what they were doing. Then they tried to help me out, it turned out OK in the end and it got resolved. It took me a while to call them because, I had surgery. They were responsive and good. What I had done took longer, so I had to pay another $400. I would have done more research, or gotten more bids on it. They were pleasant, and responsible. For me, it would have been better if they had sent someone at first, before they did the job. I would have shown them what needed to be done, and they would have understood me better. They were punctual."
