Jim came out to my house exactly when he said he would, spent at least two hours with me, listening to my problem and its history, looking over the house exterior in detail to determine how the raccoons were gaining access, as well as how other critters (mice, chipmunks, squirrels) might be able to enter in the future. He set up traps, checked them regularly, was available for messages 24/7 (always responded promptly), removed cages with trapped animals (including one on my roof) promptly so that the trapped animal never suffered unnecessarily being out in the heat.
