They warned me that if they did all of the work I initially called them out to do that it might result in additional costs to me (due to pre-existing damage near/around clean-out plug). They then gave me the option (after discussing pros/cons of proceeding) of how I wanted them to proceed."

"Job was performed very well, the two water heater installers and phone representative were friendly, the installers showed up right on time, the job time estimate was 2 hours, the installers did it in 1.5 hours, they even did a good job of cleaning up afterwards, couldn't of asked for a better job, excellent"

"Zach is the best plumber you can find. We have needed his services in minimal cases with a sink backing up in our kitchen to a major case when the city required us to have our main replaced. If he can’t get to you, he finds someone who can. My entire family uses his services now. He is a diamond in the rough in a business where you don’t always feel like you are told the truth."

"We received excellent service. They were available the same day. They actually stopped by Menards and picked up the water heater. Installed it and hauled away the old one. Reasonable prices too."

"Chris was knowledgeable and very helpful. His 'Clog Dog' powered right thru a heavy mass of roots. We thought we would have to replace or repair the sewer line but it was not necessary. He is honest and efficient. Definitely will recommend him to others."
