"Jeff arrived on time and was very professional. He completed the dryer vent cleaning with no trouble. As an add-on, we had him install a new programmable thermostat. Installation was quick and he explained everything about setting up Wi-Fi and how it worked. After he left we noticed the heat pump was blowing warm air when it was set to cool. We called Automatic Climate and reported the problem and Jeff came back within 15 minutes. He had to adjust some of the settings and everything was good to go after that.
