Any other roof estimates I got I had to scan a code or ask multiple times for license, insurance, references ect. not with John Scott roofing didn’t get the words out and Mr Scott is handing me copies of everything. The workers were neat personable they cleaned their messes up each day. If I could do more than recommend them I would do that n give a 6th star. Without asking at payment time I got copies of release of lien for material and entire job, that just puts ya at ease. If a dumpster is used, consider an alternate location other than the driveway depending on the age of the concrete. Cracks will happen with all the weight of the dumpster and old roofing material. Secondly, be vigilant with the cleanup. There are large amounts of nails used in the process and many reach the ground. Stepping on a roofing nail in your flower bed can t**** the whole experience. The contractor does an OK job of picking up nails, but you as the customer should search for them as we'll. <br />"
