I first had Jake N. show up at my home to begin the process of removing my old tub and the walls around it. At first he was working on his own, but that did not stop him from putting in the exceptional work that he did. Manager Jeff C. then showed up to assist him, and I very much enjoyed and appreciated his "hands-on" approach with helping Jake on the installation of my shower area. I appreciated so much when I was told that the product that was being placed in my bathroom was defective. Jeff was apologetic and assured that they will take care of replacing it in a timely manner. The home bathroom was renovated with a new walk in shower that made this older home look modern and the church restroom installation was so professional that you wouldn't have notice that the restroom wasn't original to the building. "Two of them came out. There was a long list and we were happy to pay more, but I was not pleased when I got home. I wanted the caulking in the shower redone and they did not get to that. There is a gate in a storage thing out in the side yard and the door needed patching. I just did not like coming home. I felt like they rushed and just did not get it all done or even attempted to get it done. The price was not the issue. I just wanted those things done. With two of them here, I felt like they could have done more."
