Kylar called ahead and told me when they expected to be here. They were punctual and friendly. They determined that it was not the breaker but that there was a short in one of the wires leading to the breaker. Unfortunately they were not able to determine where the wire ran so they just disconnected the wire that was causing the breaker to trip. (In their defense I had not been able to find any plugs or switches that were not working since the breaker had tripped). They handled the other issue quickly as well. I was happy Keith and Kylar but disappointed in the poor response from the office staff and the refusal to honor the coupon."
